Rohit is a global entrepreneur and strategist specializing in fundraising, asset tokenization, and technology-driven capital markets. With more than 25 years of international experience across Singapore, the UAE, and India, he has built a track record of translating emerging technologies into investable, scalable businesses.
As Founder & CEO of Haitech Solutions, Rohit leads an innovation group developing blockchain, AI, and fintech infrastructure for institutional and enterprise clients. Haitech’s Singapore-based subsidiary, SolidusQX, is a pioneering real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, bridging regulated capital markets with blockchain technology. The platform has already secured over US $1 billion in tokenized asset contracts, with a projected AUM exceeding US $5 billion by 2026.
Rohit is also Co-Founder of Seed Factory Pte Ltd, a venture capital and investment management company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (VCFM CMS License) - a distinction held by only a small group of firms worldwide.
Through Seed Factory, he focuses on structured fundraising, digital securities, and cross-border investment syndication. In parallel, as Co-Founder & Commercial Director at GID Global Media (Blazing Sand Studios), Rohit has leveraged storytelling as a vehicle for global tourism investment and public-private partnerships.

Deepak brings 15+ years of financial leadership, including 10 years specializing in film and media, where he has combined CFO-level expertise with hands-on production oversight. Known for structuring projects with precision, he ensures that creative ambition is always matched with financial discipline, investor protection, and commercial viability.
His career spans a wide spectrum of acclaimed content: Documentaries: Memoirs of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (Finance), Vidyoday (Finance, Production & Distribution); Regional Films (Marathi): Vazandar (Finance), Ringan (Presentation), Gachchi (Presentation), Redu (Presentation), Pipsi (Finance & Production), Nashibvaan (Presentation), Medium Spicy (Finance & Production), Respect (Production, Legal & Finance); Hindi Films: IPC 420 (Associate Producer), Gandhi Talks (Associate Producer). In these roles, Deepak has managed feasibility assessments, structured budgets, overseen pre-production, production, post-production, managed cash flows, negotiated studio partnerships along with monetization, and ensured compliance at every stage. This end-to-end approach has allowed him to de-risk investments while enabling filmmakers to scale projects effectively.
